Hey, just checked the Fingal co co site and there is no mention of Santry, does anyone know somewhere closer than the far side of Swords that I can bring my tree?

Just bring it to a DCC Xmas tree collection points, Coolock, Finglas or Glasnevin.

well, santry is part of dublin city council and not fingal so you wouldnt find any information on the fingal site.

Actually technically part of old Santry is in Fingal, Santry Demense is in Fingal so anyone living in Northwood is in Fingal. Border starts at Santry Avenue/Coolock Lane.

Perhaps you should inform all the Irish estate agents marketing Northwood as D9 that its not D9:D

Thanks for the replies folks, I'm in Northwood which as far as I know is Fingal AND D9 but breadandjams location seems to be the closest to me so I'll have a look there.

I'm also in Northwood, and there's a sign up on the apartment's notice board saying that the nearest collection point is Santry Demesne car park. That's down by the playground in the park, afaik.
