Do you ever partake in the Pizza Hut - Buffet??

Went in there the other day and stuffed my face, went up twice..but i always feel like a gluttons afterwards:o

I feel that people are watching me as I pile on my plate "look at that fat bastard"

So whats the most times you went up to the buffet counter?? and is there a limit before staff intervenes??

I always end up getting less. I'd rather just order a pizza I like.

Pizza Hut isn't actually that nice. It's kinda soggy or something.

    Now a Four Star buffet...

It's brilliant! I think they charge you extra if you dont finish your plate though.

I prefer the Army buffet myself. Take what you want but eat what you take.

Pizza Hut food is fucking vile. In fact, they shouldn't be allowed to call it food.

I'm really glad you made this topic.

For years ive been having a great debate as to whether the pizza that is put out on the buffets is different from the pizza that you actually order. It simply doesnt taste as nice.

Can't remember in Pizza Hut, but I went up 4 times there in Jimmy Chungs a couple of weeks ago :pac: It was AMAZING!

I'd normally go about a dozen slices, and then a plate of pasta too, but havent been in a long time.

Went up four times in the Chinese buffet beside the Jervis Luas stop, mainly noodles, green beans and beef and broccoli. Most of the other stuff there is disgusting!

Was quite full so wasn't bad for €6.99

Damn right! It was a musky afternoon. Dont get me wrong, I think their pizza is gross, but I felt like I had to accomplish something.

Maybe 4-6times, but I think it's more the quantity on your plate as opposed to how many time you go up.

My mates and I use it to hold eating competitions. Male pride and ego can often overrule common decency as a few of us run to to the toilet to make some more space in our stomach whilst the odd one or two ends up throwing up..!

I remember when Pizza Hut was a proper restaurant that took bookings and was delicious. I used to love the bacon bits :D

It isn't as nice as it once was. I haven't been in years, but can never eat as much as I think I can :D

    The pasta is rotten.

Yeah that's the one.Only things that looked edible were the noodles and veg.Spring rolls, onion rings, chicken balls etc looked absolutely rotten.

Was in a nice buffet place on Capel Street last friday, was €9.99 and all the food was lovely.Lot's of Asian folk eating there too which is a good sign I think.

i have had some reasonably good Pizza hut meals abroad, but in Ireland the quality seems worse for some reason.
The base seems different, and there were almost no toppings on the lunchtime buffet ones I saw - no wonder they did not mind if people ate as much as they could. I'd never eat in one in Ireland again.

Greasy tasteless pizza and cold oily pasta - Just how Mama used to make it...I'd imagine if Mama was some greasy sweaty worker working in one of the kitchens.

dont fall for the pizza hut buffet. €9.99 to sit there and wait for your pizza to be served up only to compete with the rest of the hungry customers who were waiting for the same one. Just order your Pizza and sit there and enjoy it, it'll probably work out around the same price anyway.

The plates are tiny in Pizza Hut, I very rarely get the buffet as they always put peppers on the pepperoni pizza. I normally just buy a small pepperoni pizza and I'm happy.

Don't mind the buffet. 11'' thick Meaty Feast and Bob's your uncle.
