Music Centralisation Unit..

    Hi
    I'm looking for a system that has usb interface that can be connected to laptop for transfer of mp3's. Simple so far.
    Along with this it would be a 'nice-to-have' to connect directly to internet for purpose of downloading music. Not essential but 'nice'
    I also would like this unit to be connected to speakers wireless'ly around the house. With this, a remote control that controls central unit allowing you to select the music you want (along with adjusting volume and speakers to be outputted) ..Does such a product exist???
