Number blocking app for Samsung Galaxy - Android

Awful lot of advice online with any amount of apps listed, some Boardsies might have advice. Looking for an app that blocks a number from ringing or sending sms. Need it to be cut off straight away & not redirected to voicemail. Even better if it doesn't even register on phone records. Thanks for any feedback.

Just use the auto reject list thats built in? It will re-direct to voice mail if you have that set up though, you will have to turn that off via your operator.
