This scene (below).
I love how Ben Affleck is close to p!ssing himself for the whole thing.
When Bateman is doing the "handshake" check out Affleck turn around in the background. This was kept in the film. Do you think this was improv by Bateman or the best take? Either way it still makes me laugh.

In Beverly Hills Cop, during the Super Cop speech, at 7:03 in the vid below. One is obviously laughing while holding his face and after looking it up, turns out the other guy was pinching his thigh in his pocket to stop laughing.
