    Hi,
    Wont have access to bike for a until march or April.So I was just wondering would running be the best way to try and get fit, or to maintain fitness for cycling. Any advice on building up fitness without a bike.

    What about a local spinning class. Have a friend that swears by them and I have noticed a Hugh improvement in him when out cycling.
