Riga Cigarettes Restrictions

Hey Everyone, Just wondering does anyone know if the restrictions on cigarettes is 200 or 800 for an Irish person travelling from Riga, Latvia to Dublin, Ireland? One other question.. does anyone know if you can get John Player Blue there? (I know its unlikely but I just thought I'd give it a shot haha) Thanks

From within the EU, as many as you want, but you may be asked to explain yourself if you have more than 800. The customs officers' decision on whether they believe your story or not is final.
