    I am part of a history group based in the liberties Dublin 8 area.

    We are currently working on a book, part of wich deals with disappearing jobs or trades we would like to hear from any one whos job is no longer done. Anything from weavers to bus conductors that would have some connection to the Liberties area of Dublin.

    My ancestors owned/drove horse-drawn cabs and cars in the liberties area (Cork Street/Robert Street/Pimlico) but this is going back over a hundred years ago. :)
