    (I had to look it up, now know it's the street behind Stephen's Green shopping centre)

    No offence, I know you're trying to be helpful but such an assumption just underlines the big SoCoDub demographic of this forum!

    Regarding your point - was there a need for it to become a clearway? It get's pretty narrow doesn't it? Never went down there much even walking and I spent a lot of time in that part of the city.

    Update: Was driving along Noel Purcell Walk, near Stephen's Green S.C. and noticed that the signs have reverted to Yellow zone parking. Clearway from 1400 - 1900 hours as before. I wonder why it was a 24-hour clearway for a while.
