Q. I am an existing customer, can I order one of the exclusive UPC bundles?
A.Yes, existing customers can now order all of our Broadband, TV & Home Phone bundles.
Q. How will my current contract be affected?
A.Your current contract will be replaced by a new 12 month contract.
Q. What happens to my current subscription?
A.When you place your order we will replace your current subscription with the new bundles that have been ordered. All of your additional options (i.e additional channel packages) will remain on your subscription. When placing the order, include all of the services you ultimately want, even if you already have a service (e.g if you are a Broadband customer who would like TV & Home Phone, include Broadband, TV & Home Phone in your bundle when ordering online). You won't receive or pay for anything twice.

I am paying 86 euro a month (not incl. call costs) for:

1. Digital Max
2. Digital HD
3. 25MB Broadband
4. Home Phone
5. Anytime World

On the website there is a package that also costs 86 euro a month. It is:

1. Digital Max
2. Digital HD
3. 50MB Broadband
4. Home Phone
5. Anytime World

So am I right in saying that according to this announcement I can upgrade from 25MB to 50MB for FREE ?

You probably can. But the great announcement is very misleading:(. These offers apply to cable customers only and not mmds customers. The day I'll be able to get 50mb bb will be the day the sun rises over Galway Bay:(:(:(

You also have to be able to get all services to avail of the bundle prices.

I pay about €80pm for Digital Max, DVR and 25Mb broadband.

Digital Max, DVR, 50Mb and Phone is cheaper but because I can't get phone I can't get the deal
