Can you do slightly less of your modding in Latin than the current incumbent?

Mikedragon is a good poster and will be a good Mod. Always helpful to any prospective Stillorgan (I think it is) players

Yup I remember mikedragon from the "so you wanna play rugby" thread and various posts he has made about the club scene in Ireland. Great addition. Dont be too hard on the eejits. :D

I think the mods do a great job here, but for the record, I think regular contributors such as Thomond or several other balanced contributors would know the tone of posters and the forum a lot better and might not be as pendantic or obsurd to some harmless fun.

This isn't me complaining about any infractions I would ever recieve :D, but I do think an element of banter and teasing is lost when there's more of a "regime" in place rather than a contributor keeping all in order and from going too far. Such as when things stop being in jest and start turning a little heated. I just think that situtation can be misinterpreted by people sometimes.

Just a comment for future reference, but welcome to new mod, and I'm sure we'll get to know each other by PM very well. :p

Also, as far as I'm aware, there has not been a Munster supporter moderator that springs to mind for quite some time, DaveIRL the last one maybe? It's starting to feel a bit like the Leinster PSNI around here! ;)

    Congrats mikedragon32.

Do try to pause before you engage. No doubt you will make it to the line and tackle any problems that arise.

    Ok, I'll stop now :p

Something to be said for having mods who aren't involved in said banter etc. Can make life easier and not leave things open to misinterpretation.

Also, everyone knows Leinster are more fair and balanced :p

    It's Kurtins for you Mickey!

Thanks for the welcomes. I won't be modding in Latin, nor will my allegiance stand in the way of whipping out my ban hammer!
Irishbucsfan is correct, I'm with Stillorgan. I don't post often as there's only so many times a view needs to be expressed, so I tend not to repeat what others say!

    Now, as you were!

I think when you see how munsterfans.com is moderated you will understand why Munster supporters can never be mods. :pac:

you are not to discuss anything to do with munster for the next month....nothing about players, coaches, clubs or supporters...

do so and you will be banned.

you can't seem to say anything positive...now you don't get to say anything at all

As a Leinster fan, I'm obviously a Madigan man!

    Duh.
