You need to give us the brand and model of the wireless card and then we will be able to help a bit better.

You should probably check that it is in fact the wireless drivers that is the problem. Do this:

    1. Go into Windows Explorer, i.e. press the Windows key and "E" together.

    2. Right click on Computer

    3. Click Properties in the menu that pops up

    4. In the next screen, click Device Manager at the top of the bar on the left

    5. Click the little arrow beside Network Adapters

    6. Right click on your Wireless Adapter (and while your at it, get us the name of it! :D)

    7. Click Properties and then tell us what it says in the Device Status box

    Thank you sir!

Here's the official support page (driver list).

    http://www.samsung.com/ie/support/detail/supportPrdDetail.do?prd_mdl_cd=NP-RV510-A0AUK&srchword=np-rv510i

    Select the "drivers" tab.

Its either Atheros or Broadcomm, I'd try the Broadcomm one first, a m8s EU Samsung used Broadcomm over Atheros, took me a while to figure out having downloaded the Atheros driver from Samsung US site!!
