    Hi, I'm quite new to Boards so I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right area. I'm a permanent teacher and quite high up on the staff list so therefore it would be strange if I was to lose my job and be put on the panel.I'm originally from down the country and would love to move down soon. I hear after February, this could be the right time. My question is, if I swap with someone from my current school who has been placed on the Dublin panel, can I then transfer to my own home county panel to acquire a job?
