Need to trade 2004 Suzuki Liana

It has blown head gasket and dead battery plus small bit of damage to front bumper. Have this to trade plus max of 2500 cash. Can anyone recommend a decent dealer/model of car? Have rang around a few of the bigger places and they are all too busy with registering new cars to bother right now. Only things it needs to have would be a decent sized boot and room for a baby seat in the back.

    Thanks for any help/info :)

Really don't know how much interest you get for the car as a trade in. might be better to try and sell it privately.

No offense but not many dealers will want to take an 8 year old Liana with a blown head gasket. There would be no profit in selling it after they would have to repair it. Between the Liana being in need of money spent on it and your low budget for a new car, there probably is not much if any profit in the transaction for a dealer.

Best thing to do is put it up on donedeal and be open to offers. Also on a low budget of €2500 you will get better value buying your new car privately. Cars in this price range at dealers are usually cars that were traded in and offered with minimum warranty.

Something like looks like good value:

A proper headgasket repair and a new battery would cost a hell of a lot less the €2500, would that not make more sence?
