Going to mod my first case soon and going to get a standard cheap case to practice on (Don't wanna go destroying an Antec Twelve-Hundred or anything) Budget is about 50 euro for case, Plexiglass and paint (Maybe more?). So gonna go for a plexi-glass window, maybe paint job kind of do and wondering if anybody has any ideas or tips?

    Measure Twice cut once!

If your using a jigsaw/Dremel to cut the panels Masking tape up the painted side so you dont chip/flake the paint.

If your respraying the inside of the case it would be recommended to take it apart completely but you'd want to have a way of riveting it back together

Cathodes are Cheap enough , If your handy at soldering LEDs are cheap and can make a case look great.

Try something interesting , Friend of mine made a capacitive cd/dvd ejector button and I modded a blue cold cathode inside of a CPU Cooler! Skys the limit really
