    Hey people,
Basically, I am a singer/songwriter who has been on the scene for quite a while now and have built up a steady gig/fan base through hard work and travel and mainly perform solo doing supports to large acts as well as my own tours.
I would like to explore the option of forming a solid group of musicians to work with for festivals/larger gigs in 2012 but honestly just want to meet similiar minded people who are willing and genuinely interested in persuing an original music career. I am based in the midlands if that helps with your decision to reply but gig nationwide. As we all know there is not a fortune to be made in this game but I like to think that its the journey towards that goal that is the best fun and I know there are other musicians out there who share the same love to create and make things happen so if thats your bag please let me know.
I play acoustic guitar and have released an album and two singles so far and am mainly interested in a solid drummer and bassist first and a creative electric guitarist to form a four piece and possibly piano/keys would really work too on the sound I have.
Music samples can be sent via PM to interested parties and I look forward to seeing whats out there and hopefully meeting the right people. Cheers.;)

    HI folks..
Huge response to this ad and many thanks to you all for the interest and sending samples. I have managed to form a 6 pce band in my general locality and secure a rehearsal shedule that suits everyone for upcoming tours. However, I will still be looking out for potential musicians to fill in dates and sub gigs in the future. I have all samples saved and contacts and if you havent heard back from me please dont think its because I didnt like your work as its simply down to geography first as rehearsals are frequent and intense so the closer the better. Fingers crossed this new line up will gel and work well and the very best of luck to everybody in the future.
