    Hi,

Does anyone know of any android app for that shows you what exercises/weights to do for general body fitness/core etc. Not for serious weight lifting or anything.

I've seen a few but they are more for serious gym goers. What i'm looking for is something to show me what excersises/weights to do, how to do them and a routine etc.....you know so many this week, so many next week or day by day etc.

I only have a simple weights set and bench so not interested in apps that have stuff about rowing machines and other big equipment.

    Any help appreciated.

Jefit is great. Very good for home, gym and free weights. Lots of routines, simple to use with diagrams.

Thanks Surf Board. Yea, I saw the jeFit app and even downloaded it. I thought it seemed to be all geared towards actual gym workouts.

Perhaps I'm looking azt it wrong or something.

Maybe you could give me a few pointers please.

I'm looking for a routine for a beginner to build up fitness and general over all body fitness/strength. Not interested in building big muscle or anything.

I'd like to progress on to harder routines etc.

I have a weights set and bench and I wouldn't mind investing in a few other small home bits.

I'm not a man for going to the actual gym as time restrains.

Any help appreciated, the Je Fit app looks good all right and i'd love if it actually did suit what i want.

    See what you can do.

    Thanks

Forgive me for not posting links but i'm on a mobile. Look into these :

    Convict Conditioning
    Building the Gymnastic Body
    Never Gymless
    You Are Your Own Gym
    Overcoming Gravity
    Beastskills
    Bodyweightculture.com
    Barstarzz
    Bar-barians.com

If you're not set on going to the gym that is. Look into the killroy70 template for a good gymnastic strength training routine!

Best to get into a good routine. The Jefit app will help you keep track of weight gain/ loss, routines, schedules etc instead of keeping a paper diary.you can simply choose what routines you want and then change them whenever. I find it quite personalised. I use 3 or 4 exercises for each muscle group with 4 sets of increasing reps up to 12 (more for a bit of extra muscle). Jefit looks a bit complicated alright because it has a lot of different exercises but its not. Give it a go. It might surprise you.

A quick read up on the links above from Colibri can only help too.
