Broken Line In Port on Subwoofer

    Hi All!

First time poster to the forum, mods feel free to move if i'm in the wrong place.

I have an old version of this setup - Creative 2.1 speakers

A recent issue has developed in that the (L) Line in port for one speaker has stopped working. I've tried both speakers in the (R) so it's not a speaker issue.

Does anyone know whether it's a big job to open it up and repair one line in? Or is it even possible?

The set only cost about 99quid at the time and i look after it well, but it would be annoying to throw the whole thing out over 1 small issue as it still works well otherwise.

    Out of manufacturers warranty also.

Thanks for any answers or suggestions!
