    any competitions coming up soon have always wanted to give one a go

    im also wondering wat class id be competing in im 23 and weigh 120kg and id be competing unequipped

    GPC single lifts are on the 4th Feb in Limerick.

    IDFPA single lifts same day I think in Gorey.


    You're a junior until you're 24.

    125 class you fatty!!
