Hey all, as the title says im looking to get onto the bike after a few months out with injured right knee. Got me a Turbo Trainer for Christmas to begin very small training to start with.

To aid me in my endevours are there any decent trubo training apps out there for Android? The market is full of them granted, but would like some recommendations from the good folks on here. It will be running on HTC Desire CM7.

    Thanks in advance.

A stopwatch to track time? Something like Strava will allow you to log activities.
Other than that I don't think there are any apps that will help you get any "distance", speed, heart rate or cadence without buying bits n bobs for the bike, and at that rate buying something like a cycle computer would be better when not on the stationary trainer.

    - Thanks Idleater

Ah i should have clarified a bit better, i am looking for something along the line of https://market.android.com/details?id=com.ihunda.android.hiit&feature=search_result#?t=W251bGwsMSwxLDEsImNvbS5paHVuZGEuYW5kcm9pZC5oaWl0Il0. Where Training sessions/regimes can be planned etc.

I have a Bluetooth Polar HRM that i can use. As regards speed and cadence, its not on my propority list as my aim at the minute is building the strentgh back in my legs very slowly for a few weeks.

Any recommendations for the above app or others? Thanks.
