Play TV - Irish channels - sound but no picture!

    Not sure if I am posting this in the right place! Very sorry if i am not!

    Have just purchased PS3 and thought that we would get PlayTV to go with it so that we can pause live tv etc. We are not very technical and i keep reading different threads with acronyms (not sure what they mean).

    We can pick up all the channels our TV can pick up however Rte 1&2 have sound but no picture and Tv3 and tg4 have nothing. All channels are picking up program information.

    Is there anyone that can explain to us in simple terms what we can do to sort out the problem.

    At the moment we have a Samsung le32b450c4w tv.

    You may need to do a firmware update on the PlayTV and possibly the PS3 too.
