Bathroom design ideas in new houses - ideas?

Hi I am looking for some ideas on bathroom design for my new house. What have people done which enhances their bathroom, any ideas, features etc.?

In terms of showers, I am looking at an alternative to shower doors (which are hard to keep clean!) and was considering a kind of staggered walled entrance as I have the space to do so. Has anyone any pointers in this regard? If you have any supplier recommendations please PM to me. :)

1 small nugget of info. Try have a sloping floor in the shower area, rather than a shower tray. Shower trays are notorious for leaking where the tile meets the top of the tray. then use a class partition to form the shower cubicle. No need of a door.

Can you clarify what this means?

Well if you buy the right tray with the trim on it, that shouldnt be a problem. To be honest you would hear from most plumbers wet rooms, when not done properly are more notorious for leaking!, but astehtically, it looks better. We boxed our bath and tiled it. Tile a step into it if room. The tiler left access points to get at pump and plumbing very important. Soft close toilet seats. Good sized towl rail. also is key, when it comes to bathroom design is, where are your sewers exiting the house.
