They badly need to rest everyone as the first team looks tired. Should be an easy win for the 2nd team

Charlie isn't fit to play tomorrow maybe fredricks at RB I'd also like to see
Tom Carroll play instead of Defoe.

    Carlo
    Fredricks, Daws, Bassong,Rose,
    Lennon, Carroll,Livermore, Pienaar,
    Krancjar

    I'd also like to see
Tom Carroll play instead of Defoe.

reckon he will play JD as he has been short on game time. Maybe give Carroll last 30 mins?

should still have plenty to win.

Rest everybody as far as i care. As much as i'd like a good run in the cup, nothing is more important than the league, and the players need a good rest.

What division are Cheltenham in? Really fancy us for the cup this year, especially seeing as one of the Manchester clubs will be dumped out come Sunday.

Would love to see Gio playing a central role for this. He still is a fantastic player and he's wasted on our bench. Hopefully we'll get ~£10m for him in the summer, or even this month, he's still doing it for Mexico to warrant that price. Shame he never got going for us, similar to vdV with his style.

Total waste of talent is Gio i'll be glad to see the back of him if i'm honest.

If 'Arry plays any of our first team I think he's mad. our second string shouuld do the business. It's got to be all about the league this year.

    2-0 Pav

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,459 ✭✭✭T-b0n3

Pav, 2 nil. Sounds like we're playing quite well.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,827 ✭✭✭Mr. Guappa

Nice situation to be in at H-T.

I'd expect three of Lennon, Dawson, Defoe and Livermore to be withdrawn early enough with three of Falque, Carroll, Parrett and Bostock to be introduced.

Dawson i think needs minutes on the pitch Lennon and defoe deffinetly though. I'd go for falque and Carroll respectively one sub in reserve

Great to have Dawson back, it makes up for Gallas missing.

Good win yesterday. Nice to hear Gio playing well and scoring. Hopefully now we get an equally easy 4th round draw and get to play the reserves again.

It'd be great imo if we got the winner of the Manc derby, that way if we won we'd be in with a real shout of lifting the cup, but if we lost we could concentrate on the league. Whatever happens I have a feeling we'll reach Wembley this year at the least.

Leeds at home next round please winner of Manchester derby v Chelsea away or Liverpool if Chelsea don't win.

I was at the game and I'll tell you what, Livermore puts in some shift, its no wonder Arry likes him.

While not a natural RB, he still made a good fist of it. He was filling in everywhere though, his work rate was brilliant.

Ya he's a huge spurs fan as well and I think that makes him put in these shifts like playing CB when we needed him we need a good utility player like O'Shea in the squad
