    Hey,

Around this time last year i started running for the first time and duly completed the 5 mile, 10 mile and half marathon which i was delighted about, all 3 weren't run at any particular speed.

So basically since the half marathon i haven't done anything since bar a 3km run last weekend. I am booked into the 5km run on 18th Feb but my overall goal for 2012 is to complete the Dublin Marathon.

I would like to hear from anyone local to Swords about joining up with me a couple of times per week for a run?

    PM me

    Cheers
    Moggie

Fingallians Athletics Club is in that area, isn't it?

It's worth going along to a session or two, see if there are others around your standard.
