Sky Multiroom Problem

    Hi,

    I got Sky+HD with multiroom installed a few weeks ago, all was going good for a few days but then the picture started getting choppy now and again when it rained.

    Fast forward to this week with the bad weather and all I haven't had a signal all week in the bedroom, didn't have much of affect downstairs tho. So went through all the steps, reset lnb, checked the cables, swapped them over, full system reset ect. I noticed someone unplugged the phone cable from the back of the box, don't think that would have an affect tho

    Since the system reset I can't select a channel or view the listings,planner,anytime in the bedroom, so I tried the box downstairs and all works fine.

    So it doesn't appear to be hardware, would it be a loose connection or maybe water damage?
