Misleading thread title, thought it would be about Fareh Swaleh Noor and his love for the Irish waterways.

Wow... okay... The side of my face has ballooned up like a balloon. Rang the doctor on call and talked to a nurse so have to go to the doctors this morning. She said a dentist won't touch the tooth until the infection/abscess is gone down.

    ****ing teeth...

That airboat was pretty cool, but it still wouldn't be my favourite chapter on Half Life 2.

Had the same thing last month, dentist put me on antibiotic to kill the infection, which nearly killed me instead - spent two days on the sh1tter scouring like the bejesus, then went back to get the root canal treatment and nearly died (again) with the pain shooting around my head for the following 36 hours, after that no pain, second treatment two weeks later, all done and back to normal:D

Ah yes Ponstan, definitely the king of painkillers. My irrational fear of Dentists was subsiding until I had to get a wisdom tooth out last year. They have to cut your gum to get it out !!!!! Anyone else know that? (Hope thats standard procedure or maybe I went to the wrong place - there is a Vet beside my Dentist now that I think of it.)

I'm sure majority of women would dispute your 2 hr theory.
Route canal, 2/4 visits to the dentist, 45 minute session each time.Pain free I might add.
