I need exhaust work done on my Nissan and was wondering if anyone would recommend the Fastfit in the Coolmine Industrial Estate or the new Atlas just opened where the Blanchardstown Renault used to be? What's the difference? Other suggestions welcome. :)

Open the Yellow Pages, ring all the places near you. Go with the cheapest price.

Ring both for a price and play one off the other...I would imagine they would be very similar.

For customer service alone, I would recommend Alloy Wheels.ie at the entrance to Rosemount Business Park

I haven't been to FastFit but I can recommend Atlas Drumcondra anyway.

Thanks everyone. I've been to both Fastfit Coolmine and Drumcondra Atlas before, no problems with either other than slight annoyance at Fastfit for mucking up my clean car mat with greasy boot prints. So I went to the new Blanchardstown Atlas for a look-see and they were grand. Just a 20 quid fix and no push to replace the whole system. They said if I wasn't happy with it they would give me the 20 quid as credit on the bigger job. I priced some tyres and was told there was still some wear left on the ones I had! I also heard that one of the guys there was formerly from the Drumcondra shop. So all good today.
I will also check out Alloy Wheels bf thanks for that.

Likely the lad who would have welded your exhaust is the lad who used to work in Drumcondra.
