First I'm not sure if this is in the right section so please move if not!

OK, so I'm with Magnet for nearly two weeks now and so far my line isn't "connected"! I have internet access, exact same speeds as my old provider, but Magnet tells me that'll be fixed in time!
My issue is with my Belkin router (6 months+) that's working fine but only in the last few days have I started going through the router settings in detail!
Here are two conflicting examples taken maybe 20 seconds between with no reason for change! Sorry about the links! Images don't show up for some reason!

I'm on a 5Mb package so I'm assuming the data rate is messed up but Magnet are sorting that out! At least supposed to be!
Anyway the output power is either 0 or 65535 dBm!
Is that right? I've 2 LAN, 3 WLAN if that makes a difference! Although only 1 ethernet connected right now!

ANYWAY, is that something to worry about? I've seen posts where people say 1.5-15 or so is normal so is the 65k range ungodly? I posted this for the 65k problem but going from 0 to that with no other value in between has throuwn me off a little also! Please help me out here!
