Hi kc, as you're in Galway and we don't have superquinn (alas) you can get both types (coarse/fine) of polenta or 'cornmeal' in aroma foods in westside, beside aldi. It's the east end brand. Bought some last week to make cornbread for a buddy. Twas great stuff, great value at 2.99 for 1.5kg.

I can get Corn Meal (polenta) in my local Tesco (N.I.), don't know it they stock it in all stores or if different stock in Tesco in the Republic.
