Jan Bartels teaches Taekwondo children's class Thursdays at 6pm in St. John's Hall. For adult classes contact him at 087 235 2465 (info from Longford Leader 23/12/2011).

There are a few clubs in Mullingar - if this is an option, search the Clubs stickie on the 'home' page.
