I have 2 splinters/fibres around 1 inch in length inside my fork steerer. what kind of resin should I use to glue them back? I was careful and used tape and a 32tpi blade, the steerer itself doesnt seem to have much resin.

just use tubular glue it wont go anywhere with the headset and spacers around it,

when you where about to cut threw you should of spun the fork around the grazed the opposite side with the blade just enough to avoid what happened

I did spin the fork around, I did it in 4 quarters, sawing inwards along tape guide. I know where to get epoxy resin but have some new tubes of vittoria tub glue but thats contact adhesive, not the same as a hard resin. Are you sure that will work? Theres also nail varnish but as I know where to get the resin Id prob go with that instead.
