Some of you may recall I spoke of having George Shilling over to do his Mixing Masterclass Day a while ago.

Well we're talking about doing it in March , dates to be confirmed.

There was quite a bit of interest at the last time this was mentioned - are the brothers still interested?

I don't know what's happening to this forum, I'm surprised that nobody has asked these questions already.

a. Will there be sandwiches and tea provided?
b. Presuming that there are sandwiches, will these be cut into triangles?
c. If there is tea, will it be Barry's tea? Some of us lads from outside the Pale won't drink anything else.

It's all well and good to be organising a cool event like this, but if the catering is wrong (or heaven forbid, there is no catering :eek:) then no matter what kind of job George does, the day will be remembered as a complete failure.
