Likelihood of being clamped?

    So I totally forgot to pre-pay for my car this morning at the train station. I've it done now but it's been parked for about four hours without any money on it. Do you think I'd have been clamped?

    Tried to get in touch with the train station and NCPS, but no joy! Pooping myself now! :(

    I had to park partially in a yellow box in the middle of the carpark in Athlone one morning. There were no spaces available and I had a train to catch (would you believe!), so I just chanced my arm. I didn't get clamped but I did get a warning notice on my car stating that the next time I would be clamped.
