    Hi
Has anyone received these in the post yet or how are they received. I'm due to graduate the 17th Jan but haven't received anything from the college. I haven't even received anything about the results even, except what I can read online.

I am graduating the 16th and haven't received tickets yet either. Don't worry though, they are due to be issued "in the first week of January", so they may arrive tomorrow, or early next week.

I don't think you will receive any results over the post unless you failed your thesis or something like that.

    Got mine this morning.

Grading council met in December, if you had failed your degree you'd have got a letter before christmas about it.

Got mine too. Any flexibility on the attendees, I wonder? I'd love my kids to be there but the note says no under-14's.

Unlikely, 300+ graduands with 2 guests each makes things pretty tight inside the Concert Hall.

It is generally pretty easy in my experience to get extra tickets on the day. For my own undergraduate ceremony this time last year, my girlfriend secured an extra ticket from a desk set up in the foyer of the main building for exactly that purpose.

When I was then attending her graduation in August, again I was able to secure three extra tickets for myself and two other family members by just going to this desk in the main building and asking for supplimentary tickets.

There was a significant amount of surplus tickets for both of these ceremonies I believe, so I can't see why there wouldn't be for this graduation week. I will be looking for one extra ticket for my graduation next Monday again, and I don't think it will be any problem. It is a first come, first served system however so make sure either you or one of your guests get there as early as possible on the day of the ceremony.
