    hi all,
i booked a flight on ebookers yesterday, checked dates/times/prices etc, skipped travel insurance/hotels/car rental as i do not need & entered all my details as usual.
just checking my booking today & i was charged 55euro for single trip travel insurance:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:which i do not want !!

i know i did not read all the small print but surely if i wanted travel insurance i would have to agree or click on something to confirm!!?!?!?!....not for them to pressume i do want it.

has this happened anyone on here????
i sent them an email tonight asking for this to be refunded so hopefully will hear back from them tomorrow.

Unfortunately its a case now with alot of sites where you must un-click if you dont want something. This kind of thing is very annoying as you would think you should only click to agree/ accept. As you say its all in the small print so we must read it carefully and unclick any unwanted items.

Also booked with them last night - yes, you do need to unclick on the travel insurance option.
