hi everyone. i'm new here so please bear with me. i have a 05 transit van, t350 90 bph model, and lately it's been hard to start. i usually have to turn it over 3 or 4 times on a cold morning. it's also very sluggish after about 2500 rpm and sort of bogs down jumping a bit. anyone have any ideas as to what the problem might be? many thanks

sounds like you need a new timing chain and tensioner kit ,, first signs of them on there way out are, it starts and stalls twice from cold and will run on the third turn and will run perfect all day. just starts and cuts out from cold .. very common problem with 05 /06 due to a tensioner problem. last signs of this problem usually results in a new cylinder head..
    ;)
