Windows 7 won't boot after trying to create a boot option

So I created a multiboot pendrive with a few linux os's I wanted to try out and for some reason my laptop BIOS isn't giving me an option to boot from USB (that's another question in it's self if anyone has an idea?) So I stupidly tried to create the option and I'm not sure what I did.

After it didn't work I tried to boot into windows and it crashes. Can't repair, system restore doesn't work and I tried the command "SFC /SCANNOW" and I just get told a seperate scan is pending and requires a reboot everytime.

Luckily I have Xubuntu installed and I'm on this now. If I can't get this sorted I'll just try a re install but I'd rather not.

    Any ideas?
