Hi, looking for a recommendation for someone to do an overhaul on my aerial setup in Wexford town. Its fairly battered with one aeriel hanging from the pole - pic attached. Have saorview working ok and saorview box even briefly brought in BBC freeview channels recently from the fallen aerial. Have Lidl sat system so kinda sorted for that, but if I could get freeview it would be handy as I have a freeview box going spare.

also have a mess of cables left from previous owners so would mind tidying those up - would an aerial installer sort that and put in tv points in rooms?

am in Wexford town not too far from Forth Mountain. Any help appreciated.:)

    Hi chickey,

I live in the south Gorey district (Craanford/Ballyduff) and am picking up Forth Mountain, this is mainly due to living in a blind spot from Mth Lenister so I went for Forth.
I also have a good Freeview service, however due to my possible distance from Forth I find it hard to combine both services and I run both cables to different box's/TV.

I am sure you will get a good and trustworthy installer from the above link who can look after your installation and fix up that mess of cables.

    Good Luck

Hi chickey you should find a local registered installer from 1 of the 3 recognised bodies.
or contact your local electrical TV shop nearly all TV shops have good aerial men that they use.

    Hi

Myley Redmond is the man down this way.

You could do it yourself if any way technical. You cant really go wrong up at Forth which is up on Ch52, so you will even get it in the back of the aerial.
