Dell Studio 1749. I hate Dell

So 11 months after I bought this Laptop it decided to freeze and shutdown at random times. I rang Dell and since I was in warranty asked for it to be repaired. For three days they made me run tests on my laptop over the phone. After a few weeks of complaining over the phone, I convinced them to take my laptop in for repair. It was collected and sent off and a few days later sent back saying they removed a virus and my laptop was repaired. For a week it worked fine but then one day I turned it on and it shutdown itself. It would then not turn back on. I rang again complaining and for most of the call they just tried to make me buy a longer warranty deal. It took another two weeks to convince them to send out an engineer. He took a look at the laptop and an hour later he said he was done and there was no more problem. I turned it on and it seemed fine.
A few days later the problems started happening again. I rang again complaining and ended up renewing my warranty and they agreed to send out another engineer. He spent about three hours on my laptop. He replaced the motherboard, the screen, and the memory. That was done and everything seemed fine. Two months later my laptop keeps saying my charger is not a Dell charger, it is as I have had Dell replace mine twice already because they were faulty. It takes around 15 attempts for my laptop to know its a Dell charger. The last engineer didn't fit the frame on my screen on properly but I didn't say anything as I thought it would be fine and didn't want another engineer coming out. Today it came loose and i clipped it back in as I usually do and a crack went right across my screen. I have an email saying if I have anymore problems they will replace my laptop. I emailed them 5 days ago complaining about my charger and everyday I get a message saying that the person I am dealing with is out of office. Now I have this crack on my screen to complain about. It sounds as if they are avoiding me. Dell have been terrible with their customer service with me and their engineers were not helpful either. I am extremely unhappy with Dell and they are losing a customer!

The screen cracked because they did not fit the screen frame on properly. The first engineer didn't fix the laptop at all. It worked for about two months after the second before I got the same problems again. I am more annoyed at how bad their customer support is. They weren't helpful at all and I had to ring several times to different people before I got any help
