Howling at the wind??

    My daughters yorkie has been howling pretty much non stop for the last few hours.
    Am I right in thinking it could be the sound of the wind whistling that's upset him?
    He's not usually like this

    Is he neutered? If not, there could be a bitch in heat somewhere that hes got the scent of.
