Click on the Windows Orb in the bottom left corner (or the start button depending on which operating system you have). Open Computer (or my computer once again depending on the os). In the Computer window click on your dvd drive and then press enter. The program should then start to load.

    Thanks for reply.
When I open computer it shows "hard disc drives 2" Data (E) vista (C) local disc.
Is it one of these I click.

    Tks

No they are two parts of your hard drive there should be a dvd drive under there it should be under the heading of "removable storage".

If that isn't there it means that your computer does not recgonise that you have a dvd drive. If that is the case your dvd drive may be broken and could need to be repaired or replaced.

    Thanks for your help.
Im afraid Im snookered. There is no sign of "removable storage".

    Thanks again.
