Anybody see it? Things must be hard for Dunphy since he lost his job with Denis O'Brien.. It's a bit cringeworthy really..

Seen it this evening...... cringe central. Don't see how that'll sell Mc Donalds. Dunphys woeful acting ("give us a bite") makes me want to leave the planet.

Be better if he said "It's not a good burger,it's a great burger" :p

Yeah it's an interesting segway alright... All of the Operation Transformation leaders have been in tears tonight already, did some wag tell them it was the X Factor?

Aaa... that explains why I never see it.
I watch RTE once a day and thats only for their spin of their news at six.
Change channel at the first advert break back to more decent tv.

    ^ Possibly.

I've only seen it once, thought it was a bit embarrassing and I like Dunphy. Maybe I'll change my mind..

What bugs me is, it's meant to be an "antique radio". Since when does radio have moving images? Isn't that a television? Plus, if I buy an antique radio, I can't just turn it on and tune into antique radio programmes. Is Dunphy still broadcasting a couple hundred years in the future, as a disembodied head??

    F*ck you Ronald McDonald.

Just saw it, its really bad, poor Eamon must of lost a bit of money gambling over the xmas to do this.

McDonalds only do good burgers, unlike Burger King's great burgers.

So much smugness in that advert, king of the w*nkers is still there, and now old Eamon too.

Its a cheque that helps pay for his home in France, does anyone think Dunphy cares more beyond that?

Nah. McDonalds Big Mac or double Big Mac before any BK burger anyday.

McDonalds burgers are tasty but bite sized. They're miserly. Give me Burger King man sized burgers anyday. Try the Steakhouse Angus or the Double Whopper. They'll put hair on your chest

Don't eat bacon. I don't particularly like the barbeque sauces they use on the Angus burgers. I always seem to get the trots from a Whopper.

So that explains it. I always thought I had irritable bowel

The thing about football is everyone has an opinion, and there all wrong except me. hahahaha best advert ever

I've had a chance to see that advert, and I have to say I think it's really awful. Dunphy doesn't behave in any way like you would expect him too. When he said that word "baby" to Chippy Brady, it was with a big smile on his face. In the advert, he looks very sinister to say the least. The ad doesn't work at all

He's making a few quid for himself, so what???

i thought that line was very good.

its not a brilliant ad but i dont see whats embarressing about it.

certainly its just a cheque to dunphy and its in no way as cringe inducing as the johnny logan ones.

TBH does dunphy even need to work anymore ?

I find the other plebiscites in the ad more annoying. That 'it wrecks the cheese' gobsh1te is the worst of them.
