open fire with very poor draw

as above really very poor draw from fire, when lit fire just burns away handy enough giving out very little heat, even trying to get it going im using a load of firelighters and sticks just to get a simmering fire, i had the chimney cleaned out and ive tried all different types of coal and fuel in it still no use, what…
