Brilliant idea and clearly a huge amount of time and effort went into it. Well done that man.

Outstanding piece of work, well done and thanks.

Could change its name to something like "Everything you need to know about running and A/R/T" to draw people in?

Would need something like "FREE MONEY/ BEER" to get anyone to read stickys.

Nipples and chaffing etc - kinesiology tape is the best as it never comes off with sweat and is very cheap compared with the alternatives. just saying as I came home the other night after my garmin soft strap cut a fine hole in me and my DCM 2011 shirt was looking like I was shot.

Haha, true that. The Australia forum is the worst. There's a few stickys up that cover pretty much most of the general topics, and you still get about 4-5 threads a week titled "moving to Australia", or "what city has the most work". FFS!!!
