Installing Android OS on iPhone 4

    Hi all,

Hate the iphone OS. Is it possible to install a different OS? A friend has a HTC which appears to be miles ahead of Apple. Would the iPhone hardware support this?

No, much easier to just sell the phone and buy a Samsung Galaxy S II (or something similar)

Seen as though trying to transfer a song to your iPhone is next to near impossible, I'm sure trying to change its OS will be mission impossible 5!!

If you want android that much just change to a Samsung etc!

The main issue you would have, would be hardware functionality. None of the buttons would work. Also, camera/wifi/gps/potentially the network would not work. As mentioned, buy an android. Sell the iPhone and get an s2 and I'd be surprised of any money changed hands.

On a related note, why do you wish to change? What functionality on android do you want? A jailbreak can get it very similar to android.

I would advise selling the iphone and buying a HTC/Samsung/Etc
honestly can't see Android being miles ahead though, can you explain?
