Hi all got a lovely Panasonic lumix fz 35 for crimbo and I want to make videos to upload to YouTube but not sure what video setting to use as they take for ever to upload onto YouTube. Any idea on the lowest setting?

my other half has a Lumix TZ7, dunno if your one has the same features or not but on hers, theres two options for video -
    AVCHD Lite
This is suitable for playback on HD TVs, has a high resolution and uses less space. More difficult to edit.

    MOTION JPEG
is good for playback on computers and sending by e-mail etc. easier to edit.

you really need to test both to see which will look best on youtube

    :)
