I have the Magpull longer barrell version of this gun. Lovely bit of kit alright. The only complaint i had was with the foregrip, found it too wobbly so changed it out.

Otherwise a pleasure to play with.

I have one ordered, just wondering if anyone knows if a QD silencer would fit on it's flashhider.

Also does the AOE need to be fixed in it (A pretty common thing with G&Ps I hear)

I put a Classic Army one-touch silencer on it there, and it fitted perfect.
Out of the AOE is grand. The main thing with the G&P gear is to use a good battery.

I bought one 18 months ago. AOE was off and aluminium air nozzle was cousing jams in hop-up unit and unstable fps.

Just wondering lefty where did you get it from with tamiya conectors,
they have it on airsofguns.ie with deans, I tought all the newer g&ps came with deans or mini deans

I could be wrong here, but I'm sure that retailers can request the connector they want when ordering the rifles directly from G&P.

Makes sense to get the Tamiya to be honest, yes Lefty, I know...stoopid Tamiya:p....but truth is, most people in Irish airsoft are still using Tamiya connectors on the battery's and other aeg's.

Besides, not a particulary big job to change the connector if you want.

Got this a few days ago. The gun preforms great out of the box however there are a few problems.
    1. The nozzle is pretty **** IMO. I replaced it with a plastic o-ringed one for better air seal.
    2. The cylinder head is fine but delicate - Luckily I had two lying around cause I bent it by accidentally hitting it.
    3. The mag catch on mine was somewhat faulty (I had to get the gun downgraded so I assume they made a blunder when re-assembling it)
    4. The trigger contacts are bone dry, you'd want a bit of lube in there to stop arcing from a lipo. Alternatively install a mosfet. If you don't lube it you could end up fusing them together.

All in all however it is a great gun and fires damn far (I was hitting a wheelie bin no bother at 60+ paces) (And I made my hop up unit in to an R-hop unit)

It is also sexy. Hmm. I'll have to get a pretty TBB soon :D

EDIT - OH and the externals are amazingly good - most solid gun I've ever felt.
