    Carlton Westport wins out in the romance stakes.

    I think thats good value for a very nice hotel in a great location

    The Westport one is out a bit from the town centre, but would be the best Carlton I've stayed in.

    Was going to head to the one in Galway CC, but it was miles away from the town centre.

    Ended up getting a room in the Eyre Square Hotel, €44 for room only.

    Just in case anyone is interested. Not available Fri & Sat.

    Sorry only see this now. It was 32pppn b&b rate. I thought it was good value especially at the weekend and so close to valentines day. Booked Galway one for a few days in July too. Sure whats done is done! :)

    That offer doesn't include most saturday nights. Bogey, most people want to go for the weekend. Good if you want to flog off rooms though.
