I have a toshiba laptop here im repairing for someone and im stumped i want to recover it to factory, and there is a folder on a partition called HDD Recovery that is fully intact, there is also other data on this partition.

The usual toshiba F8 on startup does nothing and neither does holding 0 as someone advised me..
i have no recovery disks for it, it was messed up by the time i got it!
    Any ideas???

Heres a screen shot of that partition JK is the folder that is extra data can be deleted if needed, using XP as an OS just to view the harddrive had windows 7 Home but it wont boot thats why it has to be recovered!
