    is it ok to leave you pc overclocked all the time i got my amd ii x2 245 overclocked from 2900 to 3132mhz and seems to be running ok cpu temp is at 25 degrees motherboard 25 degrees

    It is completely fine to leave overclocked if its overclocked properly and when stressed doesnt bsod or overheat or show any other issues. I have an i7 930 at 4.2ghz now for the last 6 months without a reboot and wouldnt have issues.

    cheers mate i just use the asus softwear to oc it thought someone here said would be safer oc from the bios
